The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports Town & Country Foods is purchasing Van's Thriftway in Helena.

Van's Thriftway has been a popular grocery store in Helena for 25 years. Over the past two-plus decades, students at Carroll College have bought quick meals, groceries, and drinks from Van's.

Town & Country Foods will make the former Van's Thriftway their ninth location.

This move is a massive win for the folks of Helena.

Town & Country Foods is an institution in Southwest Montana, and taking over an iconic location in Van's is a smart move.

We can't wait to see them officially open in Helena.
