Food Delivery in Montana
We've all done it.
We've all had those days where you want to lay around, relax, and enjoy your day. Those days mean you also don't want to cook anything too.
So what do you do?
You get food delivered to your home.
Food delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats have become popular with Montanans.
Whether you need quick groceries or a meal, these food delivery services are convenient, fast, and affordable.
It's been fantastic for customers and those looking to make extra cash.
Except, there is one thing that you can't order.
Alcohol.
Due to Montana's laws, you can't get beer or wine delivered to your home through these food delivery services.
That might be changing.

Montana Might Change Alcohol Delivery Law
NBC Montana reports a new bill is circulating to allow home delivery for beer and wine.
Delivery drivers would have to be at least 21 years old to deliver alcohol and not have any record of a DUI for seven years.
Alcohol delivery is allowed in 40 states, and it seems natural for Montana to add this feature.
Allowing alcohol delivery through would be beneficial to Montana.
Why?
Let's say you are at a house party or home after having a few beverages and want more. Some folks would probably ask the most sober person to go on a beer run.
That move could make someone get a DUI or get into an accident.
Allowing beer and wine delivery could help decrease DUIs in Montana and keep drivers safe.
