The airline has daily flights from Bozeman, Billings, Missoula, and Kalispell.

Its most popular flights include Las Vegas, Mesa/Phoenix, and Nashville.

The airline adds seasonal flights during the summer and winter to entice customers. Well,

Allegiant has some bad news for folks in Kalispell and Billings.

Allegiant Cutting Flights in Montana

Simply Flying reports that Allegiant Airlines will cut their routes to Los Angeles at several airports.

Starting in May, Allegiant Airlines will stop their flight from Los Angeles to the airports in Billings and Kalispell.

The flight out of Billings is seasonal, but the one out of Kalispell is a year-round, daily flight.

Why the shutdown?

Allegiant has seen dwindling performance for flights to Los Angeles and wants to expand routes to other states.

This move makes a lot of sense.

Other airlines offer daily flights to Los Angeles, and Avelo's route to Burbank is popular with folks at Kalispell's airport.

We could see Allegiant offer new routes to the Midwest or South soon out of Montana.
