A historic steakhouse near Glacier National Park in Montana has been destroyed by fire. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.

The Cattle Baron Supper Club in Babb, Montana, is considered a local landmark. If you've ever been to Many Glacier on the east side of Glacier National Park, you drive right by it. It is a Native American-owned business on the Blackfeet Reservation.

Sadly, it's gone. The restaurant burned down, and according to the pictures I've seen on Facebook, it doesn't look like there's any chance of saving it.

The fire is currently under investigation, and the cause is unknown.

The Cattle Baron Supper Club has been around forever. It's been a place where hungry travelers could grab a meal and where locals could gather and share stories. It's filled with over 100 years of memories. In a small town with fewer than 200 people, it was a place to celebrate special occasions or to go on first dates.

I've only been there once on a trip to Glacier with my nephew, but I'll never forget it. It was the best meal we had on our trip. With so much about Montana changing, places like it are getting harder and harder to come by.

Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been impacted by the loss of the Cattle Baron. Words can't describe how much it means to so many people. I sincerely hope that this isn't the end, and that the owners can rebuild.

The article will be updated when more information about the fire becomes available.
