Roofing Craftsmen came out with a list of what people can expect to pay in each state for a "luxury" home. While Montana wasn't the most expensive state, it did rank in the Top 10.

The Treasure State is ranked 7th on the list of the most expensive states to buy a luxury home, and in case you're wondering how much that type of home will cost you, you should know you can expect to pay just over 2.5 million.

While that might seem like a lot of money, and it is, keep in mind that there are several properties across the state that cost ten times that amount.
