That distinction goes to The Western Cafe located in Bozeman. The Western has been serving folks in Bozeman and Montana for almost 100 years and is one of the most popular spots in Western Montana.
Located in downtown Bozeman, the Western has fed hundreds of thousands of folks over the years from celebrities to locals and it seems that everyone has their favorite item. From pancakes, french toast, and biscuits and gravy to eggs and breakfast meats or one of their other popular dishes like their famous cinnamon rolls, there's a reason that people continue to flock to this little diner.
Of course, breakfast isn't the only thing they serve at The Western. They also serve lunch with burgers, sandwiches, and much more. The Western Cafe isn't the only option across Montana. Over in Missoula, Paul's Pancake Parlor is a favorite and in Billings, people pack Stella's Kitchen and Bakery. Plus, there are tons of other options across the state.
