Mark's In & Out is open
Located in the town of Livingston, nothing says summer like Mark's In & Out. The walk-up drive-in has been part of the Livingston scene since 1954. Think about that, for 72 years folks have been lining up to put in their order for a delicious cheeseburger and some of the best milkshakes you'll ever taste that are made with Wilcoxson ice cream that's been in made in Livingston since 1914.
For many, myself included, heading to Mark's is just something you do every summer.
Finding a parking spot, waiting in like to walk up to the order window, making your order, getting one of those buzz things to old so you know when your order is ready. Plus, everyone has their favorite items to order. I'm a double cheeseburger guy, and I love their shakes. I usually mix it up, but the typical order is some sort of fruit flavor, mixed with marshmallow.
For those wondering, or planning a trip to Livingston, Mark's is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 am until 8 pm.
