With all of the lakes, rivers, and mountains here in Montana, it might seem like a tough choice to pick just one spot, however according to the folks at U.S. News and World Report, there is a place in Montana that makes the list, and it won't come as a big surprise to most Montanans.

Which Montana spot ranked in the Top 5?

Glacier National Park made the Top 30 Best Places In The World and not only did it make the list, it's actually in the Top 5.

Glacier comes in ranked at #3. In fact, the only two spots ranked higher were Paris at #1 and Bora Bora at #2. So what locations did GNP beat out?  London, Maui, the Swiss Alps, The Great Barrier Reef, Banff, and Tahiti just to name a few.

We learned recently that Glacier National Park was voted the best National Park in the U.S. and with good reason.  With over 1 million acres of beauty to enjoy, Glacier also has the distinction of being connected to Waterton National Park which is on the Canadian side as part of the International Peace Park.
