Have You Tried Bozeman’s New Donut Shops?

I'm a fan of donuts.

I mean, why wouldn't you be? Delicious deep-fried dough covered in glaze or frosting, or some other sugary concoction. Maybe their custard or jelly-filled? Maybe you add sprinkles or cookies, or candy bits on top of them. There are lots of options when it comes to different donuts, but that haven't always been a lot of options for buying them in Montana, or Bozeman.

For years, if you wanted donuts in Bozeman, you went to Granny's.

Of course, Granny's is still the gold standard in Bozeman and Montana, having been named one of the Best Donut Shops in the country. The popular donut shop is only open for a few days and weeks, and they sell out regularly, so many Bozeman donut lovers have longed for a few more options. As a fellow Bozeman donut lover, I'm glad to say we now do.

Bozeman donut lovers have more options

A few months back, the folks over at Lone Peak Provisions started making and selling donuts and they are fantastic. The Butcher Shop/Restaurant is home to some of the best cuts of meat and burgers in the area, and they've added to donuts and bagels to their line up. And now, according to a couple of different sources, another donut shop has decided to open up here in the Bozeman area.

According to social media, the Dilly Dally Donut Bar is open just outside of Bozeman on the frontage road. The address is 770 Ostermann Drive, Suite E, (which is just past the Subaru Dealership)

Not only does the Dilly Dally Donut Bar have a combination of classic donuts, but they also offer up one of my favorites, Sausage and Cheese kolachies. They also have Beignets, Maple Bars, and Apple Fritters.

The Dilly Dally Donut Bar is available for events and catering, so if you're thinking about adding something sweet to an upcoming event, I mean, who wouldn't love donuts, right?
