Illegal Hunting Could Mean Jail Time

You better not hunt in Montana unless you are sure of what you can and can't shoot. Three men who have pleaded guilty to the illegal hunting and the wasting of a bull bison have learned their lesson.

According to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, the three men, Jesse Darr, Ryley Heidt and Peyton Simmons, who all live in Park County, have been sentenced in justice court for unlawful possession.

Illegal hunting is taken very serous in our area, and can get you a very stiff penalty from law enforcement if caught. Still the men admitted what they did and were punished.
