Health and Human Services nominee Alex Azar Meets with Daines

Health and Human Services nominee Alex Azar met with Senator Steve Daines to discuss issues important to Montanans.

“Montana families need relief from the painstaking premium increases resulting from Obamacare - and Mr. Azar has both the public and private sector experience to get the job done,” said Daines. “In just the past five years, Montanans have suffered a 133 percent spike in their premiums. I am committed to working with Mr. Azar to repeal Obamacare and ensure rural Montanans have the coverage they need. I look forward to supporting nominee Azar when he comes to the floor for a vote."

Senator Daines in the meeting, gave nominee Azar a letter inviting him to visit Montana and outlining priorities or our state.
