Governor Bullock to Host Department of Energy Officials for Carbon Capture Briefing
Governor Steve Bullock will be hosting U.S. Department of Energy officials on Wednesday morning, to discuss their analysis on the potential for carbon capture at Colstrip Unit 3 and use of the CO2 in Enhanced Oil Recovery.
Joining the Governor will be:

- Colin Marshall (Cloud Peak Energy)
- Kenvin Paprzycki (Westmoreland)
- Colstrip Mayor John Williams
The focus is how technology can be implemented in Montana effectively to retain and grow the high-paying jobs in the state’s mining and energy producing industries.
