EXCLUSIVE

General Michael Flynn had to cancel a rally in Billings, Montana over the weekend due to a family emergency. But for those of you hoping to hear what he had to say- make sure you tune in Tuesday morning, as General Flynn joins us live on "Montana Talks" with Aaron Flint for an exclusive interview.

"Montana Talks" is heard statewide from Glendive to Kalispell, with two brand new affiliates in Forsyth and Lewistown jumping on board this week.

Flynn retired from the Army as a 3-star general who commanded the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under former President Barack Obama, and took center stage at the 2016 Republican National Convention in support of President Donald Trump before being named as President Trump's National Security Adviser.

He'll join us on Montana Talks shortly after 9 AM Tuesday on the following stations:

  • Billings: Newstalk 95.5 and 95.1 FM, 970 AM KBUL
  • Bozeman: AM1450 KMMS
  • Livingston: AM1340 KPRK
  • Missoula: AM930 KMPT
  • Kalispell: AM880 KJJR
  • Glendive: AM1400 KXGN
  • Forsyth: KIKC 1250 AM, 94.5FM
  • Lewistown: KXLO 1230AM and 106.9FM

Flynn was scheduled to make an appearance at a rally in support of Republican US Senate candidate, and combat veteran, Troy Downing on Sunday. Flynn is seen by many conservatives as a victim of political targeting and prosecution with the ongoing Russia investigation.  According to the Associated Press:

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI and is cooperating with the investigation.

Downing, who has called the retired general an American patriot, is one of four candidates seeking the Republican nomination to challenge Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Tester.

Flynn said in the video that Downing's experience as a combat veteran made him the best candidate in the June primary.

Downing spokesman Kevin Gardner said the campaign would try to reschedule Flynn's appearance for a later date.

After cancelling the Billings, Montana rally, Flynn posted the below video in support of Downing.
