Don’t Be Fooled: Fake Currency Floating Around SW Montana
Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement is reporting that businesses in the area have been receiving fake U.S. currency over the past few months.
The bills, which have Chinese symbols on them, are used to train Chinese bank tellers and are not authentic U.S. currency.

The markings are pink and white in color and can be found on either the front, back or both sides of the bill. Law enforcement is advising that you do not accept the fake bills.
