Congress Is Willing To Work With The Administration, Rep. Zinke

In conversation with me this morning Rep. Zinke made it very clear he's willing to work with 'any American' as long as the issues are addressed, 'Truthfully.' And, oh yeah, raising taxes is NOT the answer.
