Cheapism made a list of the Most Bucket-List Barbecue Joints in Every State, and Montana's is a classic. The BBQ joint you need on your bucket list is the iconic Notorious P.I.G. in Missoula. 

The Notorious P.I.G. is a Missoula institution with incredible ribs, pulled pork, and more tender meats. The Notorious P.I.G. is so popular their ribs, and burnt ends sell out within the first hour of being open. 

I have always been a massive fan of The Notorious P.I.G. I eat there every time I visit my sister. It's non-negotiable. The house-made sauces you can put on your sandwiches or meats will want you to steal the bottles. 

This Missoula BBQ joint needs to be on your radar the next time you are over on the west side of the state.
