Bozeman Showing of Wasted! The Story of Food Waste
The Emerson will play host to the showing of Wasted! The Story of Food Waste, produced by Anthony Bourdain. Many famous chefs are featured in the documentary and this showing is a benefit for the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.

The event is part of GVFB’s annual Can the Griz food drive and proceeds will go toward supporting the local food bank.
GVFB will also be collecting donations in the lobby before and after the film, and attendees are urged to bring a can of food to donate.
Wasted world-premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival to widespread critical acclaim.
