A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon MST
Thursday for the Hebgen Lake basin... Lions Head and
southern Madison ranges.

* Timing and main impact: snow will develop this morning and
continue into this evening. Snow will diminish later tonight
into Thanksgiving morning.

* Snow accumulations: total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches
are expected... with up to 8 inches possible at the higher peaks.

* Winds and visibility: southwest winds 15 to 25 mph... with gusts
to 40 mph... will create areas of blowing snow. Visibilities
will be reduced to one half mile at times.

* Locations affected include: Targhee Pass... West Yellowstone...
Raynolds Pass.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
