Jobs for Montana Graduates (JMG), a program of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, will host its 25th annual Career Development Conference April 28-29 in Missoula. High school students and teachers from across the state will attend this year’s event. Lieutenant Governor Angela McLean and Labor Commissioner Pam Bucy will also attend, speak with students, and address the conference

JMG was recently recognized nationally by receiving the prestigious “5 for 5 Award” for the ninth year in a row. This award is given to programs for meeting the five performance outcomes of Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG). In school year 2012-2013, the graduation rate for students who participated in JMG was 98%. During the same year, JMG supported a network of programs offering 1,079 students the potential for future career development by focusing on staying in school and finding a career path suited to their interests and abilities.
