Tuscon Shooting: Latest Developments
Here is the latest information from Tuscon, Arizona where twenty people were shot Saturday at a Safeway, killing six and wounding fourteen, including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Among the dead are a Federal Judge and a nine-year old girl.
Funeral, Procession For Belgrade Soldier Today
U.S. Army Captain Jeremiah Sipes of Belgrade was killed at Fort Bragg on January 1, 2011. Reports are that the shot came from a hunter. His remains arrived in Bozeman Saturday afternoon. The funeral and procession are scheduled for today.
Bozeman ‘Warming Center’ To Be At Fairgrounds
In an effort to ensure that the Southwest Montana homeless community has a safe alternative to sleeping outdoors in the cold winter months, the HRDC, the City of Bozeman, and the Gallatin County Fairgrounds are working to create an indoor solution.
Packers Eliminate Vick, Eagles 21-16
This afternoon in the NFC Wildcard game, the Green Bay Packers never trailed in a game they finally won, dropping the Eagles in Philadelphia 21-16. Earlier in the day the Baltimore Ravens beat the Kansas City Chiefs 30-7. The Packers play at Atlanta next weekend.
