Arizona Tragedy: Latest Developments
The latest this afternoon from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department now says that twenty people were shot yesterday in Tuscon, killing six and wounding fourteen, including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Among the dead are a Federal Judge and a nine-year old girl.
Ravens Advance, Topping Chiefs 30-7
The Baltimore Ravens have earned the right to advance in the NFL playoffs by defeating the Chiefs 30-7 in this afternoon's AFC Wildcard match-up in Kansas City. This is Baltimore's third Wildcard win in as many years, and they have the best playoff road record since 1960. The Raven's will now face the Steelers next Saturday in Pittsburgh.
Bobcat Men Fall At Northern Colorado
The Bobcat Men’s Basketball team (9-7, 3-1) ended it’s three-win run into the Big Sky Conference season with a 72-58 loss tonight gainst Northern Colorado (8-7, 4-0). The Bears outscored the Bobcats 41-23 in the second half to open their conference record with four straight wins. The Cats return home to host Portland State Thursday night in Bozeman. GO CATS!
Jets Knock Off Colts 17-16 In Wildcard Game
The New York Jets capped a game ending drive by nailing a field goal with no time left on the clock in Indianapolis to give the Jets a 17-16 Wildcard win over the Colts; finally giving head coach Rex Ryan his much sought win over quarterback Peyton Manning. The Jets will now face the New England Patriots next weekend in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Seahawks Eliminate Defending Super Bowl Champ Saints
The Seattle Seahawks have eliminated the New Orleans Saints on Wild Card Saturday with a 41-36 win this afternoon in Seattle. The Seahawks came in to the playoffs with the worst record (7-9) of any team ever qualifying for post-season NFL play. The Saints won it all last year and we’re heavily favored to win today.
Rep. Giffords In Intensive Care After Being Shot In The Head At Public Event
BREAKING NEWS out of Tuscon, Arizona this afternoon. U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head and a Federal Judge was killed when a gunman began firing on a crowd gathered to hear Giffords speak.

Gallatin County Sheriff Investigating Gateway Death
The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a Gallatin Gateway man found dead last night. At 10:20pm Thursday night, the Gallatin County 911 Center received a call regarding a domestic disturbance in the Gallatin Gateway area. Deputies responding to the address found a deceased male inside the residence.
