Police Shoot And Kill Texas 8th Grader [VIDEO]

After being called by a teacher, police showed up at the Brownsville Middle School to reports of a 15 year old with a gun. After refusing to drop the weapon, police opened fire. The boy later died from the gunshot wounds. The most shocking part is that the gun turned out to be a pellet gun and the police were unaware of this fact. See the news report inside.
