Proceeds from this event go toward the purchase of a new digital projection system for the non-profit Emerson's Crawford Theater.

"The Petty Band" (a trubute band) and special musical guests will open for "The Talking Heads" concert movie "Stop Making Sense".

Stop Making Sense is one of the great concert films, it's notable for being the first made entirely using digital audio technology. Poindexters will present the film through a very sweet sounding surround sound processor made by DataSat Digital. The speaker system is their own Meyer Sound JM-1 rig featuring four 700HP "stadium" subwoofers.

The music starts at 6p, the film at 9p.

Tickets are $ 10 General Admission, $ 5 for Kids under 12, Advance tickets available at Cactus Records in downtown Bozeman.

If rain is in the forecast, the event will move indoors.
