Sony is urging its millions of Playstation Network users to monitor their bank accounts for any strange activity after a hacker infiltrated the online service.

This last week, Sony shut down the Playstation Network to prevent any further damage from the hacker causing millions of Playstation gamers to go without any online games for a few days. The hackers are confirmed in stealing information containing names, addresses, emails, passwords. Hackers usually try and use this info to get into users bank and email accounts. This is why it's always a good idea to use different passwords and usernames on each different login you have.
