Not Falling Asleep When You Want?

If you are someone who has a hard time falling asleep, I have several suggestions for you:
In case you lay awake, but really nothing is bothering you; life seems fine, the day is done, and you just want to catch some Zzzzzzzz’s, then Melatonin would be a nice option. You can get that in different forms; and for people who travel a lot, you can try Melatonin in a time-released tablet.
Now, if your body is really tired and wants to go asleep; but you lay awake, and your mind is working overtime, worrying about the day and even scheduling things for tomorrow, then there are a few options:
1. In HOMEOPATHY there is the amazingly successful and inexpensive remedy Coffea Cruda. Coffea Cruda is actually raw coffee, but in Homeopathy it helps to calm the mind, and NOT cause jitters.
2. Then there is Tryptophan, which has been proven to produce Serotonin (the feel-good hormone), which in turn converts into our own Melatonin production.
