Robert McAnally, J.D. will speak on Indian spirituality and the buffalo in relation to the railroad. McAnally is a lifelong resident of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, Montana, and an enrolled member of the Assiiboine Tribe. He is the founder of Fort Peck Community College and serves as the Head Man Dancer at the Poplar Indian Days Pow Wow.
