After three days of violence and looting, British Prime Minister David Cameron has recalled Parliament from its summer recess, and ordered 16,000 police officers to restore order on the streets of London. More than 525 people have already been arrested for rioting, filling every holding cell in the city.

Nearly two months after an outbreak of tornadoes swept through Alabama and other states, a Casper, Wyoming radio crew went to check out the damage.
