Staying in shape not only improves your health but also your mood. And that's not all! A good cardio workout is also associated with improved brain power. But who wants to run to make your heart stronger and brain smarter while grinding away your knees? Why not swim? Swimming is a great low impact cardio workout and the Bozeman Swim Center is open all year!

Recreational swim will be held on Fridays from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Family Swim Night - $10 for immediate family), and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Lap swim is Monday - Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:15 to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Water fitness classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 8:00 - 8:45 a.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 9:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Mondays - Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:30 - 10:15 a.m.
