Senate Bill 84 Promoting Medical Homes Passes Through to the Montana House [AUDIO]

Greener Pastures For Medical Marijuana

We discussed a bill recently that would allow officers to ticket drivers that were to be found with any dangerous drugs in their system if they seemed impaired behind the wheel. This was theorized to prevent any medical marijuana recipients from ever being able to drive as they would test positive for dangerous drugs. After today's legislature, this is no longer the case.
