In Helena, a new mayor was sworn in. He is Liberian refugee, Wilmot Collins. Tuesday, in a ceremony held at the state Capitol Rotunda, he took the oath.

The new mayor is the first black man to be elected in Helena. He is also the first black mayor of any city in the whole state of Montana.
About 100 people, attended Tuesday's ceremony at the Capitol Rotunda including Gov. Steve Bullock and Lt. Gov. Mike Cooney.
