Authorities say they found two AR-15-style rifles and a .45-caliber handgun in the SUV that 28-year-old Johnathan Bertsch was driving.

Lindsey Palmer, the wife of Trooper Wade Palmer, shared the following statement on Monday, March 18th, 2019:

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, a trooper was shot early Friday morning during a traffic stop in the Missoula area.
