The Bozeman Police Department is asking for the public's assistance while attempting to identify a female theft suspect.

Bozeman is generally a very safe place and the best way to KEEP it safe is to use all the tools and information available.

Police encourage anyone with information to call them.

Bozeman High School was put on lockdown shortly before 11 a.m. Friday, according to Bozeman Police Chief Steve Crawford.

Police departments in Bozeman and on the Montana State University campus are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who is suspected of attempting to place a camera where he could film up women's skirts.

“This is about prevention, preventing impaired driving in the first place and saving lives," Bozeman Chief of Police Steve Crawford said.

Sunday mid-afternoon, Bozeman Police/Fire and Gallatin County Sheriff's department responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Ferguson and Durston.

Over the past few days the Bozeman Police Department has received concerns regarding some suspicious behavior near two south side residences.
