Ground blizzard conditions exist this morning in the Livingston area and the wind continues to create dangerously cold outside temperatures around the area.

The National Weather Service has issues a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 2:00pm this afternoon through 5:00am Thursday morning. 2 to 4 inches of snow are expected in the lower elevations, with 4 to 7 inches likely in the mountains.
