I'm a bit old-fashioned, and some of my friends laugh at me because I insist on carrying cash. However, if you attend almost any major event, most of them are cashless. If you don't have a credit card, debit card, or any form of cashless payment, you're simply out of luck.
Companies and financial institutions have struggled to keep up with the changes, and most Americans no longer have a need for a traditional bank. Why stop into a physical location when you can do everything online?

U.S. Bank Announces Nationwide Closures, Including One Location in Montana
U.S. Bank plans to close nearly 100 locations across the country in 2025. The company has already closed several locations. Fortunately, only one location in Montana is closing.
According to Daily Mail, a U.S. Bank location in the rural town of Glendive, Montana has closed. U.S. Bank has several locations throughout the state. As of now, there are no other closures planned in Montana. Across the country, U.S. Bank is expected to close more locations before the end of 2025.
