Woman With Medication Issues Who Fled From Police Appears In Justice Court [WATCH]

45 year-old Kathy Lamb appeared in Missoula Justice Court on Thursday after nearly running several people down, fleeing from police and running her car up on the sidewalk outside KECI-TV.

Lamb, who was extremely talkative during her video appearance before substitute Justice of the Peace Suzanne Geer, heard three felony charges of criminal endangerment, along with misdemeanor charges of fleeing from a police officer and disorderly conduct. The charging documents are below.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Selene Koepke asked for bail to be set at $25,000, due in part to Lamb's extensive criminal history.

"The charges today occurred just after she was released from jail on other charges," Koepke said. "Her criminal history includes a 1989 criminal mischief, on the ninth of this month she was charged with disorderly conduct, on the tenth she was booked on assault, unlawful restraint, criminal mischief and obstructing a peace officer."

Lamb, who spoke to the judge directly instead of following court protocol and allowing her public defender to represent her, complained that she did not have her medications, and asked for a chair to sit in.

Judge Geer set bail at $20,000, and ordered Lamb to be taken to a mental health facility.
