The Museum of the Rockies is doing it again. The 16th Annual Wine & Culinary classic opens Saturday night, July 8 at 6 p.m.

What is it? According to Leslie Harrison, events manager for the Museum of the Rockies, it is the place to be. Wine, food, auctions and gators.

You will be able to taste wines from around the world. You will also be able to sample foods prepared by some of Montana's best restaurants. There will be a silent auction, and who knows, you might have the winning bid and win a trip to Paris (that's in Europe).

You will also be supporting the nationally known Museum of the Rockies. Last year this event sold out, so make your plans now. One of the largest tents in the state will be set up on the Museum grounds.

Not convinced yet? When you have tasted enough wine and tried some of Montana's best culinary dishes, head in the museum and see the alligators. Alligators in Bozeman, yep, they are alive and kicking for all to see.

We are lucky to have Museum of the Rockies here in Bozeman. This is its largest fundraising event. Show your support by attending the 16th Annual Wine & Culinary classic and have a great night. Did I say they have alligators?
