Over the past weekend, this nation experienced the largest mass shooting in its modern history. You can read the original story here and follow up stories across this website.

But in short:

A gunman opened fire inside the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, killing approximately 50 people and injuring at least 53 more (reports initially said 20 dead).

President Obama has delivered 16 post mass shooting addresses to the nation during his time in office. No numbers or rational explanations are going to change your position on guns, yet I have a request.

Before I go further, I must correct Rush Limbaugh: Rush, if you're going to dig back into history, at least acknowledge the Civil War Battle of Antietam as the single most deadly day in American history. Your constant misdirection of historical events is exceptionally annoying. Rush, grow up, grow a pair and tell the truth -- as readers of this site are so quickly to tell me.

As I stated on Monday on the FB Page:

I, honestly, have nothing to define the incident in Orlando. I'm asking you, as a listening community, to help us all define it.

That post met with no reply. That's fine, your choice. But it is time WE as a country need to make a choice, continue on as nothing has happened or do something to prevent the next mass shooting.

I'm not anti-gun, I don't want to take your guns. I don't want to limit your Second Amendment rights. Guns are as much of Montana and its way of life as Big Sky filled with stars, but I do have a request of you: I expect nothing other than you to think.

Write the presidents prepared remarks for Obama's 17th national address to the nation following the future mass shooting. You can email them here or comment below.
