Chris Nesset with Montana Conservation Corps reminded us that we can do our part on National Public Lands Day at Gallatin County Regional Park.

The Gallatin Regional Park is heavily used by the Bozeman community throughout the year. This day of service allows residents an opportunity to show their appreciation for public lands and give back to the park. Public lands need a lot of maintenance work, but with the cooperative efforts of our community, we can improve one of Bozeman’s most popular parks in just one day.

9am - 1pm on Saturday the 28th

The Oak Street parking lot of the Gallatin County Regional Park

Projects on tap for the day include painting, sign and structure installations, weeding, and stream rehabilitation. No experience is necessary and volunteers of all ages are welcome.
