If you have walked around downtown Bozeman, you may have noticed that quite a few of our favorite restaurants have been closed one or two days a week, and to be honest, it sucks.

When I asked the staff at Ted's Montana Grill why they were closed for lunch, they said it was lack of kitchen staff. That seems to be the ongoing issue with these local restaurants.

Another reason the managers of these restaurants had to close for a day or two a week is because the dedicated staff they did have, couldn't continue to work seven days a week, 10-12 hour days. It was just not feasible. And I don't blame them, that is a lot of hours!

This week I was happy to see Ted's was open for lunch again! After about a month of having to shut down for lunch, in order to keep the restaurant staffed for dinner, they didn't have much of a choice. They were able to take the month they were closed for lunch and hire some wonderful new cooks and servers.

Their hours are: Sunday-Thursday 12 pm to 9 pm

Friday and Saturday they are open 12 pm to 10 pm

If you have been missing your afternoon lunches at Ted's, worry no longer, they are open and happy to see your smiling face once again. So grab your friends, your coworkers, or even your family from out of town and try out Ted's Montana Grill. I have yet to be disappointed.

Ted's will be CLOSED for Thanksgiving.
