20-year-old Nathaniel Atkinson has just been convicted of a stick-up robbery of a Lincoln, Nebraska adult book store. But here's the catch: His sister was working behind the porn shop's register when he committed his crime.

Atkinson avoided being identified by his kin by wearing a mask and socks on his hands. However, surveillance cameras were able to lead the authorities back to him. After the judge sentenced him to 16 to 32 months in prison, Atkinson expressed remorse, and made reference to a gambling addiction.

A very gutsy robber broke into a Helena home and stole a sheriff's badge and .40-caliber pistol. The robber knew exactly what he was after as there was a patrol car parked outside the house when he robbed the home. Thursday (12/16) morning just before 10am, an adult male approached a female clerk at the First Security Bank located in County Market on North 7th Avenue in Bozeman. The man pointed a handgun toward the clerk, leaned over the counter and demanded money. The clerk complied, gave him some money and he fled the store.
