If passed, the Senate Bill 154 will require growers to be licensed and allow inspections of their facilities. A separate bill, House Bill 68, will require the licensing fee the growers pay to cover the cost of regulating such growers. Also 10 percent of the sales will be taxed helping out our Montanan economy. What do you think are we moving too fast with this?
