The search and rescue group that organized the search for Caylee Anthony has filed a civil suit against her mother, Casey Anthony, to recover money spent in the search to find the girl.

Anthony, 25, was found not guilty in her daughter's 2008 death last week and is scheduled to be released from prison on Sunday after receiving credit for time served on a four-year sentence, CNN reported.

Soccer Goalie Sues Other Soccer Goalie Over 'Muppet Show' Insult

Jens Lehman and Tim Wiese are two of the better soccer goalkeepers in the world, having both represented Germany in international competition.

Now, Lehman is suing Wiese for telling a newspaper reporter that Lehmann should "go to the 'Muppet Show'" and be treated "on a couch."

And it wasn't as if Wiese's barbs were without provocation: They were actually in direct response to criticism Lehman has levied against Wiese when Lehman was working as a television commentator.

A diabetic sushi patron is seeking $6000 for being asked to eat the rice along with the fish in an all you can eat sushi restaurant. The owner refused the all you can eat price because the man was not eating it all of what was offered. Maybe they could have come to a compromise and he could have offered the man the average amount of sushi that his customers eat. Either way this will probably make a splash in the diabetic community.
