We discussed a bill recently that would allow officers to ticket drivers that were to be found with any dangerous drugs in their system if they seemed impaired behind the wheel. This was theorized to prevent any medical marijuana recipients from ever being able to drive as they would test positive for dangerous drugs. After today's legislature, this is no longer the case.

The Medical Marijuana community in Montana may face some very harsh push back if Bill 33 is put into law. The bill will basically make it illegal for anyone with a "dangerous" drug in their system to drive a vehicle.
