President Obama explains how his plan will bring work to rebuilding roads, bridges and schools. He aims at keeping teachers in the classroom and law enforcement on the streets. Tax credits will be given to companies who hire veterans. Today, President Obama will lay out how he plans to execute this bill, stressing we don't have time to continue waiting. He is asking the legislators to help by putting the country before political party.
