United Nations chemical weapons investigators have returned to their Damascus hotel after visiting the scene of a suspected poison gas attack in Syria on Monday.

Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday called Syria’s use of chemical weapons “undeniable” and indicated that President Barack Obama is plotting action in the coming days.
