Race Relations: In America, Montana & Bozeman
Just more than a week ago, during a review of topics covered on the morning show, I discovered an alarming trend among some news outlets. The coverage and subsequent conversation around the domestic terror incident in Charleston, South Carolina was not being reported for what it was - a racially motivated attack.
At the realization of this national presentation, I decided to do something about it: Hold a panel discussion on race relations in America, Montana and Bozeman.
I hope you’ll listen to the series of guests I’ve assembled as we attempt to cover all aspects of this rather important topic.
Guest/Topic Schedule & Interview Times
Monday – 7am: A conversation with Judith Heilman – Judith is a Bozeman resident, former Palo Alto Police Department Detective and part of Racial Equity Montana. We’ll focus this to ‘Subtle Racism’
Tuesday – 8am: A conversation with Ben Pease – Ben, you may remember from his previous visits is a Native American Artist and will bring his unique perspective to the table
Wednesday – 7:30am: A conversation with Michael Fox – Michael is the Curator of History at Museum of the Rockies, he’ll bring his vast knowledge to the topic of the Confederate Battle Flag
