Are you excited for Montana State University's Homecoming? All week there are activities, a parade, a pep rally, an MSU Volley Ball match, 'Go Cats' lighting at North and South Hedges, campus tours, an MSU football game and more!

Take a look at the complete list of events happening Thursday through Saturday and be a part of a few to show your Montana State Bobcat pride! You can even be part of the Homecoming Parade which is themed 'Welcome to the Jungle!" Prizes are awarded to the best floats!

Thursday, September 20
8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Alumni, friends and fans: pick up your homecoming schedule of events at the Alumni Foundation Center (1501 So. 11th). Browse through yearbooks, enjoy the hospitality and visit for a while.
4–6 p.m.Open house for Hapner and Langford Residence Halls. Visit the newly remodeled entrances to both halls, as we celebrate Homecoming at MSU. All alumni and community members are welcome!
7 p.m.Bobcat Volleyball vs Eastern Washington—at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Tickets are $8.75 at the door. Call 406-994-CATS for more information.
9 p.m.“Go Cats” lighting at Residence Halls—watch Hedges residents spell out Go Cats on the high-rise halls—a great site!
9:30 p.m.Homecoming Bonfire—Parking lot F between the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse and Bobcat Stadium.
Friday, September 21—Blue & Gold Friday
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.Visit the Alumni Foundation Center. Come look at Montanans, have a cookie, some coffee, relax, and reminisce “at home.”
All dayHello Walk—Stroll the campus Centennial Mall and say hello to fellow alumni and current students, and enjoy Homecoming Friday. Visit the Bookstore and load up on Bobcat gear!
All dayCoffee Cats—Renne Library staff invite you to have coffee in our beautiful center of campus. Coupons for Brewed Awakening are available at the Alumni Foundation Center.
10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.Campus Tour from an MSU student—meet at the Ask-Us Desk in the SUB.

11 a.m. – 4 p.m.M-DAY–Hike to the M on Mount Baldy, established by the class of 1918. The first 100 climbers to the M get a t-shirt to commemorate the Homecoming hike. Sponsored by the Dean of Students’ Office, MSU Alumni Foundation, and the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.President Waded Cruzado’s Homecoming Luncheon and Alumni Awards Ceremony—Join us for the presentation of the prestigious Blue and Gold Award and the Alumni Achievement Award. 5 p.m.Greek Alumni Summit—SUB—Leigh Lounge. All fraternity and sorority alumni are invited to attend this Homecoming gathering and learn more about re-engaging in your Greek ties to Montana State! We will provide snacks and a no-host bar. Please RSVP here.

6:30 – 9 p.m.All Alumni Homecoming Social—on campus in SUB—Ballroom A. Come one, come all as we continue the party on campus. Snacks and no host bar. Please RSVP here
6 – 9 p.m.College of Nursing 75th Anniversary Gala—Join us for an evening of celebration with a social, dinner, and program at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bozeman. Tickets are $45 per person. Please RSVP here or call 800-457-1696 to reserve your tickets before Friday, September 7.
All night long…Homecoming “Downtown Friday Night”—Join the crowd in downtown Bozeman and come see all that Bozeman has to offer for Homecoming weekend.
8 p.m.Midnight Mania—MSU students join in this excitement-filled traditional Homecoming event as tournaments, pizza wars and lots of activity provide on-campus fun for current students. Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.
9 p.m.Lighting of the M on Mount Baldy by the MSU Student Alumni Association.
Saturday, September 22—Bobcat Saturday! (Wear your Blue and Gold)
The Streamline bus will provide FREE transportation from campus, to the parade, and back to the stadium!
8 a.m.Bobcat Breakfast—The Pour House, downtown Bozeman (corner of Rouse and Main). $10 at the door. Start your day with some serious spirit.
10 a.m.Homecoming Parade—Stake out a prime spot early to join in the celebration of this long-lasting tradition down Main Street. If you are interested in participating in the parade, contact the student Homecoming Chair through ASMSU at 406-994-2933.
11:30 a.m.Alumni Tailgate Party—Whoop it up Montana State-style in the tailgate tent before the game. This is a spirit-packed tradition for everybody and a great place to gather your group. No charge but please RSVP here.
12:15/12:30 p.m.Bobcat Prowl—Listen for the cannon and cheer on the team as we pump them up before the game! The team walks from Brick Breeden Fieldhouse to Bobcat Stadium along the practice fields.
2:07 p.m.Bobcat Football vs. Northern Colorado—Cheer the Bobcats on to victory! See the crowning of the 2012 Homecoming King & Queen and the fabulous Spirit of the West Marching band! $45 for sideline seats, $12 for end zone seats depending on the number in your party.
