MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — Police in Missoula are investigating an armed robbery at a motel in which the clerk was left tied up in a closet.

Missoula police responded to the Quality Inn and Suites just after 11 p.m. Sunday after an employee arrived for work and found a co-worker tied up.

The motel employee told police two people wearing ski masks made off with an undisclosed amount of cash after brandishing a knife.

Sergeant James Caton says one of the suspects is believed to be a man of average sized build who was wearing a black shirt and jeans. The other is possibly a female, also wearing a black shirt and jeans.
