The Montana Senate successfully passed two bills concerning Montana's medical marijuana. The first bill aims to regulate the framework of the industry and the second aims to terminate the industry. What are your thoughts on the current state of medical marijuana in Montana. Do you have a story as to why it should be abolished? Seems there are a lot of fingers being pointed and feelings hurt but where is the accountability for all these actions?

The only news that Medical Marijuana seems to make is that of the legislature which to me is better than the dozens if not more alcohol related headlines we see. Our very own representative, Denny Rehberg, was injured while being driven by Greg Barkus who's blood alcohol level was .16, twice the legal limit.

It just seems that if we had empirical evidence to prove medical marijuana is hurting our state that it would be an easy decision. But the lack of anything, at least in the news, continues to confuse me as to where all the backlash is directed towards.
