I was trying to think of something new to make, as an appetizer, to take for a New Years Eve party with friends. And what I came up with was a tried and true favorite. You can use it if you are stumped like I was.

Ingredients:

Buddig Dried Beef

Cream Cheese

Pickle Spears

What you do is lay out the dried beef slices, spread with a thin layer of cream cheese..(room temperature) or you will rip the dried beef. Lay on top of the cream cheese a patted dry dill pickle spear, roll em up and slice em into little chunks!!  Great snack.
